Vanthara Meak is a partner at Howard Rome Martin & Ridley LLP. Mr. Meak’s practice is focused on the defense and litigation of toxic tort and product liability claims, primarily cases involving asbestos exposure. As a seasoned litigator, he has successfully defended these complex cases on behalf of multinational product manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
In addition to his expertise in handling toxic tort and product liability claims, Mr. Meak has extensive experience in transportation law, insurance defense, and subrogation. He began his legal career as an attorney for one of the nation’s largest transportation companies, Unigroup Inc. He also was an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.
Mr. Meak is admitted to practice in all courts in California, including the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. He is also admitted to the Missouri State Bar. He is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association.
